Scoot to the Loop-We came, we saw, we need more quarters

We set off from The Black Rock at a little before 2, or maybe it was a little after, nevertheless, we all had time to eat and have a beer before we departed. Traffic was bad on Damen, but once we got on Lincoln it was fairly smooth scooting. Only had to hold up for lights 3 or 4 times which was signaled by a myraid of scooter beeps and one major blast from a modified Ruckus.

When we got to the Loop we instantly stole the attention of any and all tourist, who waved as we went by, honked, and cheered. We were a sight to see.

Parking for this group shot was an adventure, but htanks to the quick thinking of Neil the Tax Dude and Ben aka TinyTron we found the perfect spot. 120 Quarters later we had 28 minutes to run over to the Bean and quickly snap this shot. (more pictures on our flickr feed)

Back on our rides we headed across the loop to Chicago and Clark for what some consider the best Guinness in Chicago at the Celtic Crossing.

Thanks to everyone who came out it was a an absolute blast!

Stay tuned for our next ride coming May 31st. We go North!

That was a blast! Looking forward to the next one. Learned a bunch from fellow riders and shared a sense of community that can not be matched.
