Helmet Law in the Illinois State Senate

I bet she gives great helmet.

For now, Illinois is 1 of only 3 states without helmet laws for riders, but that could be changing very soon. Senator Donne E. Trotter (D) got the State Bill on the calendar on March 6th with plenty of support. Bill Status

Most of the other states have had helmet laws for many years, some with exception giving riders over a certain age the choice while others are 100%. See how each state breaks down here.
