Top Gear-Scooters and Drunks

Not long ago we told you about a service in Louisville Kentucky called City Scooter that uses “scooters” to rescue drunks from putting themselves and others in danger.  Well, it turns out there is just such a service in London called Scooter Man.

Last night (origianlly aired a while ago BBC America is a bit behind), Richard Hammond and James May from the BBC 2 hit show Top Gear gave us a view of what it’s like.
