Scooter Bandit robs two Banks in Cali.

So there’s this guy in California robbing banks, and during the robberies he wears a Full-faced Helmet. Now, somehow the FBI or Press, or both have dubbed him “The Scooter Bandit”.
When I first caught news of this I thought to myself, “man i wonder what type of scooter he has? I wonder if it’s modded?” They should call him Helmet Bandit, or Dark Helmet, or The Helmet Outlaw.
