Scooter is Our Middle Name ™

Slaughterhouse XIV

This is just amazing, for 14 years the  Pork My Ride Chicago scooter rally has been going on and this year could prove to be the biggest and most exciting, personally I can not wait.

Registration takes place at the rally–There will be a table set up at all of the rally events.  The Registration is only $5 which you MUST complete in order to participate–even if you’re participating in just a few events.  (for $5 they include the rally pack, corresponding patch, breakfast and lunch on Saturday and the pig roast on Sunday.) Everyone there will need to have a wristband and sign the waiver. Such a small thing to ask for so much in return.

Here’s what ya get:

  • Friday 8/29

    8pm: Meet N’ Greet at Delilah’s.
12am: Midnight Ride (So drink responsibly)

  • Saturday 8/30

    10am: Breakfast at Scooterworks
11am: Long and Fast Ride, minimum 125cc (50mph cruising)

I encourage all to visit http://www.slaughterhousechicago.com for more details and/or to email rally@slaughterhousechicago.com if you have questions.

I’m thinking the Chicago Scooter Club should have a meet up prior to this event. How do you all feel about the Hop Leaf on Clark and Foster, or the Lincoln Tap Room On Lincoln just east of Wellington? Say Saturday afternoon? Chat it up here or email me.

I’ve been working so hard as of late, this is just what the doctor ordered!

See you then!

I'd love to go to this - unfortunately, my parents are coming into town from Georgia (the state) this weekend to see their only grandson. But I am interested in meeting up another time. I'd really enjoy touring Chicago on a scooter.
