I was parked on the sidewalk (adjacent to the lot). Outside of getting ripped off for the fee (at the time the cost was the same as an automobile), my scoot got pretty nicked up from daggling from the tow truck. Unfortunately there was no recourse, but thought of several evil (and illegal) ways to get back them. Fortunately, I never acted on those thoughts of the ultimate glory.
